In my 10 years as a member of the Internet community, I have never seen or been apart of such a revolutionary moment. This week, August 12th 2007, Ribbit is making the first public announcements of our services and products.
I consider myself extremely lucky to be part of a team, which is responsible for such an ambitious line of services and products. Our team is comprised of a rock solid set of seasoned and uniquely talented individuals that deliver above and beyond on a daily basis to push the limits of technology and most importantly, enhance the lives of our intended users and customers.
Beginning at 9AM (PST) today (August 13th, 2007) in Seattle, Washington, the first unveiling of our services and product road map will be shown in front of the audience during the keynote at 360 Flex.
Charles (Chuck) Freedman, will be presenting during Ted Patrick’s keynote.
The important fact is, Chuck will be doing his official session Wednesday the 15th at 4PM (PST) in room 201. The abridged description is as follows…
The Ribbit Phone Component: You can now make calls and check voice mail from your Flex Application.
Also, I would like to mention that my good friend respected colleague Doug McCune will be presenting prior to Chuck at 2:30PM (PST) on Wednesday the 15th. His session will cover “custom Flex component development”.
The conference schedule is located here: 2007 360 Flex conference schedule (PDF), official 360 Flex Schedule post
If you’re in attendance I would highly recommend attending BOTH events.
Check back at 9AM (PST) today for UPDATES.
