The day has finally come. One of the most important technology platforms to hit the developer community to date was officially announced by Adobe today.

In my mind, this is the best platform and for application development. Backed by the best development environment, Adobe Flex Builder 2 based on Eclipse.

There is no question, Adobe Apollo is THE Platform for Innovation.

I have positioned it that way internally at eBay and my colleagues at ESRIA, Yahoo, Metaliq and EUI all say the same.
