UPDATE:
The run came out at 25:10. My 7:11 per mile pace was much better than I planned for the 3.5 mile track. The weather was brutal. The temp was around 53 degrees, foggy and there was a 25mph head wind for the second mile. 4000 participants turned out, which I thought was amazing for such a small track.
I will be posting the eBay Team results as soon as I receive them.
POST:
On Wednesday evening I will be running in the 2006 JPMorgan Chase Corporate Challenge for charity. It’ll be my first official race in almost 6 years and I am very excited.

eBay has entered with a team of 15 runners. Google is bringing heat to the friendly competition with at least a couple runners at 17min for the 3.5 mile race.
If you are in the area, come out and support us at Crissy field. It begins at 6:45PM.
This years beneficiary will be the Jr. Ecologist After School Program at the Crissy Field Center.
During the 2005-2006 school year, the Jr. Ecologists Program provided a highly diverse group of 65 students from three San Francisco public middle schools (Francisco, Roosevelt and Marina) with over 2,000 hours of fun, unique, enriching and relevant learning experiences in their National Park. In this ultimate outdoor classroom, students hiked multiple park trails, tested the water quality and studied the species of the Crissy Marsh in the Center’s Urban Ecology Lab, visited the Point Bonita Lighthouse and learned about the Buffalo Soldiers at the Presidio.
