eBay “Suggest” with Inline Search Results [AJAX]

Published 2 years, 7 months ago by Rob Abbott

Everything in this eBay AJAX example is all possible through the eBay.com Developer API.

Steps:

  1. Type in a hot clothing brand “True Religion”, “Prada”…etc.
  2. Wait for it…wait for it…
  3. Click on a link
  4. Wait for it some more…
  5. Inline Search Results.

FYI: Do not hit Enter after you type in your query.

See my eBay Suggest.

Technologies used:

  • eBay Developer API (XML)
  • PHP 4
  • MySQL
  • Asynchronous JavaScript
  • XML

At some point I will post my Yahoo AS Maps & eBay Motors app.

eBay just opened up FREE API calls…F-R-E-E.

Take a look at all of these great benefits!
