Taking a break from eBay and spending time with my better half in the Bahamas for a while.
It’s been 15 short months since I said farewell to Fidelity and started exploring the world of eBay, but it’s been even longer since my last real vacation. This is definitely a breather for me, as I have had little time for anything outside the office in the the past 6 months. Unplugging is going to be a challenge, so I figured I do myself a favor and leave my laptop in the office.
To help, I recently purchased a Canon SD550 and a Waterproof housing all thanks to Chuck Freedman for a great recommendation. I am also the proud owner of a new Samsung i-730 PPC. Between the under water camera and my new little PPC I should be pretty content without my Laptop.
With a 1GB SD card I will have a ton of photos to post here when I return, hopefully I will be able to post to Flickr through the PPC while I’m gone.
It’s weird how your life can so quickly be engulfed with technology. I know I have become dependent on a few items and it’s also really habit forming. The crazy question is, is this bad? It used to be possible to go on vacation without having to worry about unplugging.
What the hell heppened? ![]()
